Welcome to our online order section! You may choose to order Online, fax or phone, but before that do take a moment to familiarise yourself with our delivery procedures!

1. We only accept orders & delivers within Singapore only.
2. Kyo Cake prepares the freshest products for our customers. Please make your order
   A at least 2 day in advance for Party Set .Orders received after 1.00pm will be delivered on the next working day.
   At least 3 days for the Value Set& Cake For All Occasion
   At least 4 days for the Full Month & Wedding Gift Set with printing of name on the boxes.
   At least 7 days for Full Month gift set with baby's photo on thank you card.
   
3. Our delivery schedule follows:
   • 8.00am to 10.30pm
   • 11.30am to 1.00pm
   • 2.00pm to 4.30pm
4. Delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of Kyo Cake House and thus are not often fixed by the customer.
5. Prices and contents are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Payment to be made upon delivery of goods by cash or cheque only.
7. Cheques are to be made payable to Kyo Wholesales Pte Ltd. No post-dated cheques please.
8. All orders will have to be confirmed by our Customer Service Officer within 24 hours of submitting your order. Should you not hear from us within 24 hours, please call our hotline at 6556 1311 to ensure your order.
