How to order?

Let us know
1) which cake & which category of the cake you prefer (Click on cake to view category)
2) Size of the cake (eg. 2kg)
3) Message to put on the cake
4) The number of the big & small candles
5) Your preferred time for the cake to arrive ( eg.before 3pm) or collection time
6) Delivery Address (if we are delivering to you) & Contact person and 2 contact numbers
Orders
• Place your order at least 3 working day in advance before 1.00pm • 7 working day in advance for cake above 5kg • For cakes above 7kg, a $3.00 per kg surcharge is applicable for the customization of the required card board and box •$5.00 surcharge is applicable for order less than 48hr
Comfirmation is based on first-come-first serve basis • Cancellation of orders will be enteratained only if communicated at least 2 working day before delivery • Otherwise a penalty of 50% of the bill will be charged • Kyo Cake House reserves the right to accept or reject any orders • Cakes design are subject to slight variayions & availability of decorative accessories•
Delivery Services
•1 Free Delivery for order above $100 or 2kg and above per cake • $12 delivery fee for order below $100/- • $20.00 delivery fee for order below $60.00 • An additional $3 is chargable within CBD area • Subject to acceptance for delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday • Time of delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of Kyo Cake House • Prices and contents are subject to change without prior notice.•
Payment
•Cash or Cheque payment to be made upon delivery• Cheque should be made payable to CHYN NONYA CAKES PTE LTD • No postdated cheques accepted.
